Issue a QR invoice

  1. Select the customer (or create them); their details and structured address are filled in automatically.
  2. Add your line items or services, then let Axolot calculate amounts, VAT and Swiss rounding to 5 centimes.
  3. Axolot generates the payment section with QR-IBAN and structured reference compliant with ISO 20022.
  4. Download the PDF ready to send; the receivable is recorded in your accounts.

Import a received QR invoice

Received an invoice with a Swiss QR code? Import it and Axolot reads the code, retrieves the creditor, amount and reference, then prepares the expense entry. All you have to do is confirm.

  • QR-IBAN and structured reference compliant with ISO 20022.
  • Structured addresses (type S) accepted by Swiss banks.
  • Automatic VAT calculation and commercial rounding to 5 centimes.
  • Tracking of issued invoices (draft, sent, paid).
Amounts are calculated with exact arithmetic, never floating point, so your totals and VAT are always correct to the centime.
