How it works

  1. Take a photo of your receipt or upload the file (image or PDF) from your computer or smartphone.
  2. Sovereign AI from Infomaniak, hosted in Switzerland, reads the document and extracts the supplier, date, total amount and VAT.
  3. Axolot automatically suggests the expense category and records the operation.
  4. You check the suggested information, correct if needed, then confirm. The expense is recorded and the receipt archived.

What is recognised

  • The supplier or merchant shown on the receipt.
  • The expense date and total amount.
  • The VAT rate and amount, when indicated.
  • The most likely expense category.
Your data stays in Switzerland Receipts never leave Swiss territory, are never used to train AI models, and only the image needed for extraction is transmitted, for the duration of processing.

Each receipt stays linked to its expense. When exporting for your fiduciary, the document automatically accompanies the corresponding entry.
